How do we look towards the future and how does that affect our efforts to further embrace sustainability and the outlook we have on meaning and happiness in life? Through educational design research I want to develop an educational program to help students develop a more sustainable outlook on the future in which they can see themselves living a fulfilling life. This educational program will serve as a casus to contribute to the understanding of how people develop futures consciousness.
